Interlagos 1991
If you’ve been on my blog a while you’ll know my favourite ever grand prix was at Interlagos in 1991. I wasn’t even born, but I’ve watched it since and it is, in my opinion, one hundred of the most moving minutes you’ll ever watch. Ayrton had to fight hard, so incredibly hard for his first home win. Stuck in sixth gear for the last laps. That shouldn’t be possible, but he did it. <3 It showed his intense bravery and unparalleled control. This race, along with a few others, is filed under For Sad Days because it never fails to make me happy.
